Link with the Crow Nation Native Am in Montana in August ?

I understand the Crow Nation is having a festival in August. They now live in souther Montana reservation, south of Billings.

The Crow, also called the Absaroka or Apsáalooke, are a Siouan-language tribe of Native Americans.

What other Native American tribes speak this same language family ?  anyone ?

Is it time to build a bridge between arts, heritage and science  through the Four World  path ?
