Indigenous Youth Conference in Chiang Mai, Thailand on August 7th-9th 2010

There will be an Indigenous Youth Conference in Chiang Mai, Thailand on August 7th-10th 2010. In celebration of International Day of the World’s Indigenous People, the Colorful Ethnic Youth (CEY) and the Kayan New Generation Youth (KNGY) will meet for the first time and will be joined by Plan International Thailand; this will be our first Regional Indigenous Youth Conference for the Deep Social Networking program and will be attended by over 100 Indigenous Youth.
Activities will include a Social Media Fair where anyone is welcomed to create their own videos, photos, music, blogs, and websites to be shared as Deep Social Networks and on Youtube. There will also be an amazing concert put on by Indigenous Youth from CEY.
