Thanks for helping out, Jon. I've made the assignment to the class: create a profile, join the Learning Circle council, and personalize your profile. We'll be trying to utilize the site more, and I'll be following up with you specifically about resources and the class.
This is great Steve. Thanks for doing this. It is great to have them in the circle.

I have a question you may find amusing in relation to my homepage on the My Compassionate Action Network site;
How do I edit the titles of my photos so that the majority of them no longer read
"My dog Clover"
(I can answer any questions you may have about Buddhism-but can barely operate a cell phone)
I also want to give a HUGE GIANT appreciation for the work done to make it so easy for me to use this site and the CAN site...I rarely socialize on the web...it has so far been a wonderful experience...Peace, Lalo
I just looked on mine and if you click on the photo you want to change the title on there should be an Edit link below the picture to the right of the screen.It is with other links which allow you to view full screen, rotate, add tags or delete the picture. Click on "Edit photo" then you will see the boxes which allow you to add/change the title among other editing options. Let me know if my directions helped you. If not, I can try to send you a picture of the screen to help out.
No worries about not being technically saavy, we are all learning here on FWII. Hope and love, Firewoman
Hi Karma and thank you Firewoman you are absolutely correct. Each photo you add can be edited by you. You can change the title, description, location, and you can also put keywords on a photo that are called tags. You can then click to see all the photos that have a particular tag. You don't need to understand all this to use and enjoy adding and sharing photos. I just wanted you to know there's a rich set of features awaiting you if you're interested.

It's working!!!!! I'm learning...I figured out...all by my low-tech self....how to re-label my photos on CAN (and properly label them here too)......the multiply labelled photos "My dog Clover" are now titled correctly...whew!
Just picked up the conference info in Portugal - this week. Any chance we can encourage people to give sufficient lead time so we might actually attend such things?
Although I know what I would like the Rainbow Medicine Blanket meditation room to be I would like to be in touch with someone familiar with the platform to discuss how to achieve it so it will be enjoyable and useful. Can you make any suggestions?
