Exercise is one thing that has great benefit for every aspect of body, mind and spirit!
I have always been an active adult - walking, dancing, etc. I had no idea it was THAT beneficial I just do it because I feel better than if I don't do it. Thanks for posting this. Most informative.
It takes more exercise daily to START getting obesity to start reversing; the older one is, the harder one must work to get the good changes happening.
It also takes returning to a more hunter-gatherer diet: that's about 80% good fats and protein, 20% fresh vegatables, and totally cutting starches and sugars out of the diet
[that means stopping ALL grains and sugars, except Quinoa, teff, amaranth, chia which lack starch content].
Sugars cause inflammation, which in turn throws all other body chemicstries out of balance, causing fat and other ills to build up.
