Grandfather my great grandfather is my Spirit guide and he also gifted the Law to me from the patriarchal clan line.  Amazing to think that this happened.  The sensation of knowing that he came to deliver this precious gift to me.

I know what you speak of with water as in our Dreamtime it is all in the message of the water that is alive as a core carrier to the body and Mother Earth.    Elvina

Hello Firewoman, and thank-you. Yes, What the Bleep, The Secret, and many others all speak of the same thing from a variety of perspectives. As for water, the daily recommended minimum is 8 cups, but after working with people and their bodies for 20 yrs. , most people need much more than that. Personally, I drink a minimum of 12 cups a day in winter and 16-24 cups per day in the summer! I know it sounds like a lot...it is. It took me years to increase to that amount, it's a gradual process. I have a client whose diagnosis of Parkinson's made 17 yrs ago, is now being looked at as an assumed error. HA! It took about 4 years of (her) struggling to drink water....now her thirst reflex is back and drinking it is not as difficult. She's off all her medications now too, and has worked hard to transform the fear that was holding her hostage.

Wado for sharing this wonderful experience with us here on FWII. You are such a beautiful soul Mikka. I treasure you!! I will definitely work on getting more water into my daily life now that you have enlightened me on the value of water....hope and love, Firewoman
p.s. I think I saw the water molecule work being done in a movie called "what the bleep do we know, down the rabbit hole"...check it out sometime...it relates quantum physics in pretty understandable terms...
