This was the video that made me want to join the site. I am not sure how versed everyone is on chemtrails, but it is a horrible experiment. It was originally started to spread and study pathogens. Now the applications are for weather manipulation, and to actually use the energy of the earth as a weapon along with the H.A.A.R.P project. I suggest people to google HAARP to learn about it. It will explain many of the strange weather patterns that we have been witnessing.

I agree with the Chief. I'd like to know whether this message has actually been delivered to whatever governmental entity/ies it was intended for. When we present this issue to the de jure grand juries throughout the several states it may be helpful to know what notices and demands have been made upon the government on this issue.
We are expecting a documentary coming out this Fall!
