Well, my friend, it appears I have a little more than stress to contend with. I have a mitral valve prolapse and there is reason to believe I have bacteria in my heart. It is called Endocarditis. I will go in for my tests to see just exactly what is going on but from the symptoms, I have all of them but one. Actually, most people can live with mitral valve prolapse with little symptoms. It is when bacteria is present that it can become a problem. I am of the idea that with all the medications for pain I have had to take, that these drugs caused constipation and I have not been able to go for over a week without enemas and laxatives. I am into holistic healing so there are natural approaches to do first. One is for me to go in for colonics. I also can take herbs and antioxidents to help. However, if the bacteria is advanced, then I will have to be hospitalized. This creates a big problem for my work and surgeries. I realize all things happen as they are suppose to and that we all create our experience. So, I am trying to relax but it has been difficult because the condition stimulates a nerve in the brain that causes more stress. I feel like I am on uppers and short of patience. Then I get tired and cannot do much. Now, on the light side, Thursday evening two days after I went to the ER, around 10:00 PM my son was working late on my car in the garage when an Alaskan Malmute showed up thirsty after a long run. He could have come from miles away. He attached to me and I have found great joy in his visit while I search for his owners. So far, nobody has contacted me and I have published my findings. I am curious, what would the Elders say about my visitor? What would this mean? I call him Buddy because he is so lovable and friendly. I would enjoy learning more of the ways of tribal beliefs. I honor all beliefs yet am not religious. Blessings

Thank you Carol. I am glad I was lead to this site as well. I had a strange night. Around 11PM I started getting chest pains and symptoms of a heart attack. I ended up in the ER and was up most of the night. Good news is I didn't have a heart attack but I need to undergo a stress test to see if I have any other issues. Deep down, I have questioned if I am under spiritual attack of some sort. I had a spirit lay a hand on my hip while I was lying on my side one night last week. It was a gentle touch and lasted only for a few seconds. I reacted kind of foolishly. I sort of wierded out you might say. I didn't feel fear, it just felt creepy. Odd. It wasn't cold or warm just the presence of a hand on my hip. I was not asleep. I had just come back to bed after using the bathroom and getting some water. Then two nights ago I hear a noise around 11PM and it sounded like something fell in the bathroom. As it turned out, I have a gym bag ready to go to my physical therapy class with a plastic squirt bottle of some water I use for after I shower. The bottle had been hit by something and you can see the hole in it as well as how it shattered. Today, I feel worn out from last nights episode. I feel blah and not in touch. I also feel burning in my chest area. I know that the indigenous people around the earth are on a naturally higher plane of consciousness and have an awareness that most others don't have. I have always been very connected and have had many experiences that I will gladly share later. If you have a comment or an idea of what I have reciently experienced I would like to hear it. Synchronicity is the word! It works for me in the last few weeks in an amazing way.
I also wish to say something about my Medicine Cards . On each New Moon I have a ritual to see what energy the month brings me, I create a circle, invite the six directions and let the energy to fill the room. Then I start scanning the air above the semi-circle of the cards. When I get a signal and pull a card - it is totally amazing: the information which I get, the guiding for the coming month; I learn a lot about myself, too. They never fail me.

You are so right, it was no coincidence I was brought to this sight. I thought I was signing up to receive a newsletter with the 2010 prophecies from a link a friend sent me. And so, I signed up for this networking site. I smile how synchronicity happens. So I surrender to the workings of Spirit. I am here.

I love this earth dearly. John & I were just in Zion's Park, a favorite place, a week and a half ago. The rains created waterfalls cascading off cliffs all over the park. We saw the turkeys after their absence for so many other visits. And our hearts were refreshed, our spirits lifted and our bodies invigorated by the exercise.

I will add to my profile more with time. For now I will go join my husband for a little connection time.
