Bahai Ring Stone Symbol Rug Design Earrings

Description: These small Bahai earrings measure .50 inches wide by .75 inches long and are made from hand crafted hard acrylic. The ear wires are surgical steel. These earrings are so lightweight I forget I have them on.

A matching necklace is also available. A listing for the necklace should be in my store. Although, sometimes I sell out of items, so If you can’t find it, please contact me for description and pricing.

Symbolism: The purpose of the symbol that appears on Bahai ringstones and other Bahai identity jewelry is a visual reminder of God's purpose for man, and for Bahai’s in particular. Bahai identity jewelry often is a conversation starter about the Faith and may be considered a teaching and proclamation aid. The ringstone symbol was designed by Abdu'l-Baha and rendered by Mishkin-Qalam, a close companion of His and the leading calligrapher of Persia.
The Ringstone symbol used on this design is a reproduction of the original design by Mishkín-Qalam.

Artist: Paula Bidwell of Native Talisman Art is an American Indian Bahai artist and jeweler. Paula believes strongly that we are all related and there is very little separation between us. Her art resonates with all cultures and peoples.
