The Four Worlds International Institute

This discussion continues our work defining the Digital Learning Programs.

The first area focused on digital literacy, the second area focused on the the career pathway and the Skills2Succeed. The third area focuses on Life Skills and includes Living, Learning, Working, and Serving.

In this case the investment and return of an individual go beyond developing one's own digital skills and utilizing those skills in the marketplace for employment. The Life Skills pathway yield returns that go beyond the individual and pay dividends back to the community at large.

Let's use this discussion to clarify and define what is offered as part of the life skills pathway and in what learning environments – learning centers, schools, and eLearning - can this be offered? What are the outcomes of a successful life skills pathway?

This will also help us define how social networks, learning networks, and community networks can be bridged to support students in achieving the objective of building engaged and uplifted indigenous communities.
