The Four Worlds International Institute

In anticipation of our time together in December let's identify any and all topics that need to be discussed in order to create successful pilot projects. Let's invent first and decide later. In other words if you have any ideas about what should be discussed please put them forward. Then when we get together we will be able to review all suggested topics and integrate them together to create an agenda for success. So....

What needs to be discussed and worked out in order to create successful pilot projects?

With the help of many I think I now have a better understanding of the elements needed to frame the potential pilot projects:

1. Each pilot project exists to serve a particular community in some location, e.g. MercyCenter in Thailand.

2. FWII will deliver the digital learning program either directly through Certiport or via a Certiport Channel Partner, e.g. ARIT in Thailand.

3. Each pilot project community will be offered one or more digital leaning programs, e.g. IC3, Microsoft Certification, Skills to Succeed, Life Skills pathway, etc.

4. Each digital learning program will be delivered either via a learning center, eLearning, or a school environments.

5. Each pilot has a per student price and agreement between Certiport and FWII for sharing revenue and a time frame for getting started.

We need to assess the availability of the digital learning programs and work through whatever remaining contractual issues about offering and delivering these programs. At this point I wanted to put this framework together and ask for your input.

Are each of these five elements necessary for each pilot and are they sufficient?
