Doctrine of Discovery

This Doctrine is still in effect today, it declares all Indigenous People as non human and in the case of what is happening in Brazil, The Doctrine of Discovery allows the World Bank to destroy all homelands of Indigenous Peoples. The European Human Rights Commision together with the United States of America, are using the Doctrine of Discovery as legal Legeslature alowwing thed destruction of the lans in Brazil.
