Protecting lands is and has been a non-stop issue our people are challenged with. It is good to see our leaders and all the people pull their strengths together in unity, healing, health and harmony for the betterment of all.

Idle No More is the blessing of "Great Spirits' rising up from the foundations of decades of ceremonies held to care for the earth through sustainable treaties and corporate cooperation. Pay attention otherwise Mother Nature will rise up and there will be no negotiation.

It seems ironical that First Nations peoples, who have been dispossessed of their land, will be the leading voice protesting the devastation of the land by corporations and governments who value only money. It's encouraging to see wildlife and church organizations supporting First Nations in their struggle to save the land.
