Thank you for your kind comments Velma. When I was 11 I visited Canada on holiday and told my parents I planned to live here, we were English. I later grew into the knowing that it was to learn about indigenous people. Are own indigenous peoples in England were long gone. As my awareness grew I came to cherish the elements, earth, air, fire, water and Spirit. I have been blessed with the stewardship of a beautiful home floating on a river and land beside. I have developed it into a place for mostly women to come and remember their relationship to our Mother and to the elements and Spirit. We have Sacred Fire Circles on the Full Moon and the cross quarter festivals, Equinoxes and Solstices. It is truly an honour to do this work.

hello Velma,
I would like to share news about the Native American Land Conservancy, www.nalc4all.org, and The Cultural Conservancy, www,nativeland.org. I'm proud to say that I've been involved with them for awhile and are two good examples of what people can do if they're in the same Spirit. Also have plenty to say about environmental issues, local, State, County, Nation wide and Internationally. I am proud member of the Chemehuevi Indian Tribe, and live along the Colorado River.
