Buffalo Nation / The Children Are Crying

Please watch this video! This is a powerful insight into the heart of the Lakota, Dakota and Nakota Peoples and all those other Tribes and Nations around Mother Earth that have suffered colonization and oppression since the Dawn of recorded time! That is all Members of our Human Family at some in our collective history! Only colonized people, colonize people, only abused people, abuse people and only hurt people, hurt people hurt people! In spite of all this, the Day without night is now arising when all of this abuse, oppression and injustice are destined by the Blessed Beauty to end forever on this Mother Earth!

With all these elections debates and $Billions being spent to elect Democratic and Republican leaders, where are the injustices inflicted upon the Indigenous Peoples of the Americas and the solutions of these injustices being discussed? Mitt Romney`s Faith teaches that the Indigenous Peoples (the Lamanites) of the Americas are destined to `` blossom as the rose`` and emerge into global spiritual leadership! President Obama was given the great honor of being made a Chief of the great Crow Nation! Yet, I don`t hear one word from either of them, as they stand debating on the Sacred Lands of our Indigenous Peoples, where our treaties have been broken, over and over ! This is all while $ Trillions are being spent to make war after war that is destroying the Human Family and Mother Earth!

Something is seriously out of balance on our beloved Mother Earth! From my perspective, at 68, this is long promised time for our young people of Mother Earth, the 7th Generation, to take full leadership in building a New World Civilization based in justice and enduring peace for all members of the Human Family

I m very sad to see what s happening in the Res of  Pine Ridge. But I m confident the time of opression will change and the youth will find their way out of consuming bad stuff that makes them becoming more and more an shadow of who they really are. In Switzerland we have more and more kids and youth  taking bad stuff as well.  And not only in this country this is happening, you can see it in many other countries around the world,  like the Maori in New Zealand, the Aborigines in Australia.... it has reach a epidemic level.  I ve have seen very good programms to help on that..

The film is still in production? I wish I had more to donate with ... I can offer film maker skills but that's about it right now. I apologize for not being able to do more than that.

As I was 25 somebody said to me: "Something like this we do not need." - and that something "died" one death. That something was a pregnant woman with a white nose, a red mouth, two ears and long blond hair looking for a job in civilization on the other side of the Atlantic ocean. That "something"-woman was born again and died again, was born again and died again. I am almost forty now and I am still alive and I am fighting - for myself and smiling children - right here - in Germany - in statistically one of the poorest regions we got over here. We got a lot of high-aged people, emty houses, lots of green areas and a few children. Marla Glen - a soul-singer is singing out of my soul when she sings: "I can not believe the the way we teach our children when where are children to be taught. So I go to public school - the school my children attend - volontary as a mother and try to unify what belongs together: Students out of different classes (kindergarten, prilimanary school, highschool, big and small, able to write or not, able to listen or not...) with the aim: The differences to unify within one (book). The best and most exiting thing to go to this unification is the way everybody goes on its own together in respect with the others.

I dont know if Im suppose to comment again but if Im not I wish someone would tell me... Anyway I have knowen about me being a native american no Im not full blooded... I have seen the alcoholism the drug abuse and the meanness from the tives...My dad drunk alot when he was alive when he didnt have his alcohol he was verbally abusive... While I was growing up I was abusing the alcohol and drugs... when I didnt have any of it I wasnt nice... The reason why I did everything that I did to keep myself medicated where I didnt have to think alot happened to me back in my childhood... There's reasons why kids and the adults goes toward the drugs and alcohol... Its where they have pain in their life out of curosity and It goes back in family... Yes Its sad how today is and I just wished things could be different when it becomes about the children... I just wished all this abuse would change with everyone... Once I seen this video It brought back alot... With each generation its getting worse with all this abuse...

Incredibly powerful!

I intend to see this film when it comes out. A number of years back, I learned I am Native American. I started to get in touch with that culture. It's customs, it's traditions and it's struggle. I was able to visit the Cherokee reservation in both North Carolina and Oklahoma, and I remember one thing even more than the rest of what I learned there. That the alcoholism rate on an Indian Reservation was high ... something like fifty percent of the people were addicted to drugs, alcohol or both. The ultimate slavery ... destroying your our own soul. But when the film mentioned the high abuse rates ... my mind went back to my visit there and remembered. I hope this film and the activism that will likely spring from it will help people believe in themselves and their culture.

It is truly heart breaking to see what we have done to the land and the people.  Child suicide is at epidemic levels, this tells me that as adults, we have not done our job.  I believe in the children though...I believe that we/they are the seventh generation, and they will make a difference, with a little guidance or help from those that are willing to step out of their "comfort" zones, the world can be a better place.  I do not hold my breathe waiting for the government to do something...we as people, we as one people...we can make the difference.

It is truly heartbreaking that we must tolerate these injustices, but some of the humans are starting to come around, they are listening, they are heeding...

May you walk in beauty
