- I have taken at least four of the HCDCP, here in Williams Lake, thru the Tsilhqot'in Nation Government, Family Care Program and Desniqi Services Society. I thouroughly enjoyed the Program that I have taken, and knowing Dr. Phil Lane Jr. was an Inspiration in itself.
