This is the 19 month Baha'i calendar, called Badí (Wonderful). It features the divine attributes. I think the Mayan calendar had 18 months with 20 days each. 19x19 is 361. So 4 or 5 days are intercalary days of Há (H), which stands for the Independent Essence of Creator.
