I am just not sure what the it is. I have seen and experienced many things some wonderful , some terrible. It is hard to know what to share and even harder to get people to sit still long enough to listen.

Comment by andrea on July 1, 2012 at 9:51am: wondering if there is a spot on the blanket... Gosh i feel like all my efforts to bring people together have just sputtered out. Despite all the circles i have moved in I am feeling very isolated again and wondering what now.
The community i live in does things a certain way around certain structures and I just am having a hard time relating. I guess i need to look at my self and see what can be done to improve that.
I would like to share with people in my community some of the things that have been shared with me regarding Indigenous ways. It seems super important at this time. I know people need to know this stuff.
The biggest thing being the change in perspective from people are at the top and
all of nature is seen as inferior.

I can say that I know mental anguish, I know physical pain, I know rejection and I know isolation and these teachers have given me the opportunity to know my soul and heart. The struggle is overwhelming, the hope is less yet I come here to give what flows through me and lately it has been silence. Your sharings have touched me deeply. I have also felt a light pour through the words of White Bear when he says he is staying close to home to care for his mate. This also touched me dearly.

As we love each other and ourselves, Mother Earth is healed and loved too. When we shower, Mother Earth is with us in communion, she cleanses us and annoints us as her children. She surrounds us and reminds us she is always right there with us and never far from Her. We can receive the loving waters and send them lovingly, gratefully in return...
