Ask permission first and it will save a lot of bad feelings and hardships. Do not assume you are helping. Take direction, ask questions and stick to the response. Perceptions and presumptions often create distance and entanglements. To be clear take it slowly go slow to the point of stillness then ask yourself is this what you came for? Be willing to take guidance.  Never ask to be thanked or allude to all the hard work you have done for another.  We are always only doing for another for ourselves, for our own soul enrichment.  True reward comes from selflessness not from selfish assumption.

amazing.

I once climbed a mountain in Vermont. I am rather slow with these things (last in my group actually) but we did reach the top. It was windy there and I saw a

Lunar Moth getting thrown about by the wind. I went over to it and it landed on my shirt. It rode on my shirt back down the mountain. I felt a little peace knowing it was at least out of the wind.

I wish I could feel that PEACE today but it eludes me.

Perhaps tomorrow.

2 or 3 wks ago i found a beautiful worm catapiller curled on my sarong over my heart chakra... will send a photo.  she was very sensitive so after numerous fotos i put her under some leaves in a planter on my patio.  later i found she had entered my room and was spinning her cocoon on my good clothes.  since she had just began i found a container and a rag and transfered her there.  she spun a webby cocoon then later i looked and she had a hard shell pupa(is that what its called)?  i waited cheking every few days wanting to see her exit into a butterfly.  Instead one eve a beautiful moth was on my inside screen, not even snapping on the connection i moved her outside under the plants.  then the next day looked at my pupa and it was hatched and empty my jungle man said "that was the moth" 

The many phases of growth are not always observed by others but those who have experienced them know the wonder and awe that exists!

thank you for all your prayers.  a awoke 6 days ago with an excruciating pain spreading from my wing scapula point all the way down my arm, right . I was supporting so many problems trying to fix them all till finally my body said enough.  I laid flat onmy back for 5 days..feeling compassion for all those in continuous pain regularly. there was little i could do but wait pray and sleep oh yea load myself up with chemical pain releivers..today i have been able to rise for an hour or 2 at a time i am so grateful.  problems resolving bit by bit.  the point of my pain is exactly where angel wings are attempting to sprout.  i must let go of responsibility and control. Let the metamorphasis continue!!  Let go let God. oh my butterfly story ....

Dearest Andrea,

I have had over the years a tremendous annoying effect on many people.  People who become annoyed have lost touch with their innocence.  Original human beings are born of love.  We must trust in this.  We are returning to wholeness and part of the process is capturing our butterfly essence.  Our wings make the weather, in turn our atmosphere, in turn our environment, in turn our emotional response.  Oh great spirit may my heart be filled with the colors of the rainbow.

I pray for all things and their well being

I pray for myself and my well being....
