Digital Literacy (1 of 3)

As part of the work we are doing to define the FWII Digital Learning Programs "digital literacy" has been identified as one of the three areas of learning.

Here's an excellent definition of what is meant by digital literacy from wikipedia.

There are a number of courses that fall into the category of digital literacy including:
1. IC3 (Certiport Internet and Computing Core Certification (IC³)
2. Microsoft
3. Adobe

Are there other courses or topics that should be put into the category of digital literacy?

Through my correspondence with Lee, we thought it would be a good idea to expand our discussions about creating emotional maturity and finding ways to reduce emotional toxicity. Perhaps this would be a good Council or Discussion Forum on our FWII site. I believe that we will discover real value in the way these principles can apply to digital literacy, situational response, and critical thinking. – Your thoughts?
